❓ Is your jewellery made from real silver?

Yes, all our products are made with 92.5% certified sterling silver and come with a 925 stamp for authenticity.

❓ How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 5 to 7 working days anywhere in India. Orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 4 PM.

❓ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra cost.

❓ Is shipping free?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

❓ Will I get a tracking link after ordering?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

❓ Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we offer a 5-day return policy. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

❓ Do you offer customisation?

❓ How do I take care of silver jewellery?

Avoid exposure to perfumes, chemicals, or water. Store in a dry place. Use a silver polishing cloth (included in packaging) to maintain shine.
